We apologize ahead of time is there is ever a show that has to be cancelled! If/when this occurs, we do our very best to make it right!

 

In any case, please note that if you purchased tickets directly from a venue, you would need to go back to that specific venue for your refund. In most cases they refund tickets automatically when a show is cancelled.  If you purchased tickets from a third party, you would need to contact them directly for your refund.  The same applies for all cash sales.

REGARDING JANUARY 2025 SHOW CANCELLATION

 If you had purchased tickets for our original 2025 January show that was to be held at the Heymann Center and was cancelled due to the winter storm that week, please note the following: Anyone who purchased tickets directly from the Heymann Center via card should have already received an automatic refund to the original card your tickets were purchased with.  For purchases made directly from the Heymann Center, by other means (cash, etc.), you will need to visit the Heymann Center box office to receive your refund (Tu-Fr 9 am -4 pm). For those who purchased tickets from a third party vendor; you must contact them for refund information.
